I have tamiya, stucco and squadron fillers what are some thinners I can use for these. I would rather not use the lacquer or liquid glue avenue. Any suggestions?

Since Nail Polish Remover removes squadron putty I suppose you could use it to thin it too ?

only use nail varnish remover if it contains acetone as there are some other stuff out there that doesnt have it therfore will not thin the putty/filler down but leave a gloopy mess instead!
also normal glue works as well just drip it on and mix it up

For Tamiya, Molak and Squadron I always use acetone. You can buy it at HW stores or at the "beauty supplies" section of a supermarket. If you go for the latter, be sure to buy the non-oily one otherwise it will end up in a mess...

Friends told me denatured alcohol works. I tried it but was not impressed. YMMV.

Same Friends told me liquid glue works to, but that is way to toxic for my tastes
