You may just have to pry them apart and hope for the best. Poly cement melts the plastic on both sides of the seam and sorta welds it together. The joint may actually be stronger than the ajoining sections of the kit parts. Say a tiny prayer to what or whoever and just torque on the joint with the side of an Exacto knife blade.
Don't have any other advice...

I have had some success rewetting the joined pieces with the glue used originally. Try moving the part shortly after reapplying the glue while the joined area is softened. You may lose locating pins and such but you should be able to remove the part or at least reposition it. Hope this helps.

You can also put the model in the fridge for about 5 minutes, the parts should come apart then, but you might lose the locating pins.
A common misconseption, I currently live in US but was born and lived in Ukraine for 12 years

I recently had a similar prob. This US guy wouldn't let go of his M-16 A2 so i brushed a bit of turpentine onto to glue and where the parts contacted. after leaving it for about 30 seconds for it to sink in, i cut it away easily with a scalpel/ X-acto type blade. (The M-16 broke but that was before i put the turps on his hand....

I don't know if this will help if you got a real good bond, but back when I was stripping paint off my old cars with oven cleaner, all the small pieces that was held on with tube glue came off too.
