Does anyone have and is willing to sell part 161 of the Revell 1/72 Gato class submarine kit? Its the base for the 4" deck gun I was building it and then i realized it was missing from the sprue. Im not if i lost it or if it was missing in the kit. If anyone could help i would really appreciate it. As i canot finish the build without it.

Request the part from REVELL, they are great at replacing lost
or missing parts and free of charge...this has been my experience
with them.
Look up the RoG website and go to customer service.

True dat. I'm still in the process of building that kit as the Flasher, the sail of which can be found in Groton, Connecticut.
All Gatos were different, and the Flasher needs more stowage hatches on the sail. Revell sent me a few after I explained my need for a few more.

Ive gotten parts from revell before and they've been very helpful so they were my go to when i realized it was gone, but guess what.... they wont during this time ship to the USA

Try contacting REVELL USA....it was taken over by the same people
who took over RoG, after Hobbico went bust.
Maybe they will help.
