Is anyone else not receiving email notifications on subscribed posts?

Does the thread's title you've subscribed to contain quotation marks? (example: "Title", 'Title'). If so, you most likely won't get e-mail notifications for that thread. KitMaker Staff, please correct me if I'm wrong.

Hi Mike

it's every topic I'm subscribed to

I've had no problems up til now getting notifications, but they suddenly seemed to have stopped around Sunday Evening AEST

Russell, That’s odd. As a test, I subscribed to this thread and received a notification here at 6:34 PM UTC. I appear to be receiving my other notifications as well. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help. Maybe Admin has an answer.

Hello gents

Running into the same problem here, as of now I’ve stopped receiving notifications. Maybe someone could look into it?

Thanks
Nick

what's really weird is that I'm getting email notifications to this topic, but I subscribed to it after I stopped getting notifications for all my other subscriptions...

I double checked and I'm still subscribed to about 30 odd topics, but receiving no email notifications when there's been a post made!

One thing I’ve noticed is there seems to be more of a lag than usual. I think with everyone relying on the internet these days, we’re overloading it and bringing it to a slow death.⚡️

I’m not getting any email notifications at all for a couple of weeks now, to threads that I’ve been subscribed to for many months. Strange!

Has anyone tried re-subscribing to a thread they were already subscribed to (and that stopped sending) to see if that restarts the emails? I understand that Kitmaker runs on a hideously complex database, so it is possible something got broken somewhere along the way.

TBH, Tom, I'm subscribed to that many blogs that I'm not sure I could remember them all...

Truth be told, I think it's time to hit the "go" button on the new forum and let us MSW members have a test run at it.

I've been running some posts there on AutoModeler II and it seems to be very usable, but very different to this format.

I will try Unsubscribing and Resubscribing to one of my own threads and see if anything changes.

Not up to me mate, a higher power holds the keys there

Can you drop a comment in my BMW 507 thread and I will see if I get a notification?

Good idea! I Un-subbed and Re-subbed to one of m own threads and just got a notification email.

Like Russell said, I've lost count of the number of threads I've subscribed to now

I've just re-subscribed to as many blogs as I could find, let's see if that works...

Also sent a test post to your Beemer 507 blog
