1/35 scale hiway white lines

anyone happen to know what the approx size of the white lines on the hiway would be in 1/35 scale (inch or mm would do) want to do a strip of hiway for a base and everything I have found has been to long at least to my eye any help would be most appreciated , the hiway section is 11 inchs long

I may be missing some key element of your question, but shouldn't it be as simple as measuring a line IRL and dividing by 35?

I neglected to add its a russian hiway (roadway) line I am interested in and what I have found states that a lot of countries use differnt sizes

Well, ..... in that case the US highway codes are completely useless

My knowledge of Russian is far to limited to even begin asking Google about Russian road markings ...
