Anybody else dream of modeling? I did last night. I dreamt I was in a hobby store and picking up a bunch of small scale, 1/72 scale. That was REALLY frightening since one thing I DON'T need is to start collecting another scale. Anybody else have nightmares like this?

I dream about having more modeling time...can't seem to find much time, and to make matters worse, I'm headed back to college in a week...I'm sure that will help...

I did not have as nice a dream as yours. I am sure that my dream of everything I was touching breaking in my hands had to relate to a bunch of fragile pieces i broke during one of my model builds. Although I cannot directly attribute it to modelling I cannot think of anything else that would foster such an image

We just put $2000.00 worth of carpet in the Casa del Keenan. Monday night I had a dream that I was down in the basement at the bench modeling away and then went upstairs to bed. The wife woke me up screaming because in the dream I had tracked spilled oil paint all over the new carpet on my way upstairs to bed...
Pretty scary...
You know it was just a dream because I am still breathing.

I had a dream a little while back that my neighbor bought a Sherman and that he let me play around in it. Im such a realist, that even in my dreams, I know the best I can ever hope for is being friends with a guy who owns a Sherman.

Hmmm... Al are you married, and if so does your wife know about your dreams? Me I always tell my wife that of course I'm dreaming of her, and she doesn't have, or need, any plastic.

Hi Guys,
I'm glad I'm not thae only one dreaming of models both plastic & tall, thin elegant real ones, as I thought I was outta my haha. I have a spare room filled with mine a load of kits unbuilt and I do mean loads, worst of it is everytime I say no more somebody releases one I really like and that urge comes over me & av gotta get it. Glad I'm single or gee is this maybe why I'm single
My ideal model kit would be more modern British troops & equipment or the rerelease of the Sherman Callilope if I've spelt it correctly.
Kenny.

Hahahahzhahahahahaahahhaa this was one of the most amusing posts i have seen here ever!!!!!!!!
I used to dream of models last night before i go to the hobby shop when i was younger. i dreamed that for the money i had (for 2 kits and 5 paint bottles) they would give me 20 kits 100 paints and all new tools i wanted!!!!! but unfortunately good dreams never come true...
so now as all the other guys i dream of 20 years girls with maybe just a couple of hidden rubber bits
