Hi Guys,
Anyone here been dealing with RFM customer service fro part replacement?
I already contacted them thru their website, where they had a dedicated page for part replacement. I filled the form n submitted. But after 5 days, i still getting no respond whether my request is being process or what not.
I followed up via email and facebook, and still getting no reply.
Anyone experienced the same?
