This kit was made in China under liscense "supposedly" from Marvel. I was under the impression that kits like these would be fairly expensive but actually it is quite cheap at an equivalent of US$7.00 only. But painting is cost maybe 3 times more. The whole base & wall was done with acrylic (from a tube, Grumbacher & Marie). Spidey was sprayed with Humbrol and Model Master enamels.

The base and wall was terriffic. But assembly of the figure was horrible. It required a lot of Tamiya putty to fill the seams and sand it off. I lost a lot of details doing this so I had to remake them and not very good at that.

This is for my son by the way. Just so that he does not mess up my own kits I make him some of for him. One odd thing about our hobby is that we expect that our kids (son's especially) would follow us in the same path. Having all those military vehicles and figures around him aactually makes my son want to be in the military. Now I'm saving up for PMA.

THis is a plastic kit. You can use typical plastic cement from tamiya or revell or model master.
