I did do a quick search on Google. But didn't think I found you was looking for. But did find something on scalemates.com.
Maybe if you search for Panda Hobby?
Maybe you can give some more information so that we will know what we are looking for?

I have one of their kits, but there is no web site info anywhere on the box or in the instructions. No contact info at all. A web search reveals an RC car company with the same name but a different logo. Scalemates has no contact info, either.

All I know is they are in Hong Kong.

They mainly operate on Facebook. They have a Kity Hawk/Panda page where they make announcements and will respond to posts. If you need parts, their contact is a Sofia Lymn. Her email is posted at the Facebook page. Email is her primary means of contact. She is very responsive as well.
