Nope.

Especially after watching them demo those two cranes in New Orleans last week.

Nope.

I just checked a video of it.
Doesn't look like a total success.
They should hve taken them down manually.
The mobile cranes initially planned for the disassemble of the cranes should have been used.
These cranes can lift themselves up by inserting new tower segments below the top but when they are inside a bulding there must be a plan to lift of the top, booms and the tower segments.
Now they have a real mess to sort out. A failed structure AND a failed crane on top.
Now they must bring in the mobile cranes to lift it all down safely.
Trigger happy numbnuts like playing with explosives ....

They couldn't take them down manually because they were tipping, had suffered a lot of damage so they could've came down on their and done more damage to surrounding structures. They couldn't start work on the damaged building until the cranes were down, they were still attached to the damaged section of the building which is still in danger of further collapse. I read that they couldn't search for the last victim because if one of the cranes had toppled it could pull down more of the building onto rescue crews. It was one of those 'damned if you do damned if you don't' scenarios.

OK.
Still looks as if someone has to attach lifting hooks to the parts to get them off the building.
One crane lfiting a basket with worker and one crane with the lifting hook.
Hook up and cut steel or remove pins.
Now they basically have to do the same maneuver but the pieces are even more unbalanced ...
