Since Revell-Germany is reissuing their 1/48th Ju-52 I decided to email them, to see if they could replace a defective part in a kit I've had under my bed for years. A week later it came in the mail! Now I can finally build it. Great customer service.

yes I have had a similar experience and would rate their customer service as truly excellent

I had problem with my Mercedes/Puch jeep, and they replaced defective part in very short time. Excellent service!
