Is there any consensus as to how wide-spread the use of the pre and early war grey and brown cam scheme was? It's VERY hard to see in in period photos; even the few colour ones; and nigh on impossible in B/W ones.
Also; apologies in advance if this ends up in the wrong place again; this system seems to defeat me every time.
