Questions on how to get missing parts

I have a 1/700 scale ship model that is missing a couple of parts and I would like to know since it's from Trumpeter, does anybody know how to get in contact with them to see if I can get the parts that were missing? I have tried emailing them three or four times and I still I'm not able to get a response from them.
Any suggestions on how I can get ahold of them? Unfortunately I received the model from the VA Hospital so trying to go to a local hobby shop they won't be able to help. Also, the question of was the Box sealed when I picked it up from the VA? Yes, it was sealed.
