How about a Normandy 75th figure campaign?

One of my New Year’s resolutions is to build more models and that includes tackling figures. Seeing as this year is the 75th anniversary of the Normandy campaign I thought it would be a good theme for a figure build. And it would give me (and perhaps others) an opportunity to work on painting figures which is something I need a lot of practice.

sounds like an excellent idea, I'd be up for that if I can do some British Airborne troops.
