The one thing that seems to be missing that you'll want in a camera tp take pictures of models is a macro mode to get close ups. The 3x OPTICAL is god, but on the low side if you want to take sports/nature pictures. The 2 megapixel capacity is okay for on-line posting but will be limiting if you plan to do any printing beyond snap shot size.

Tazz, I agree with what Al said. For shooting models you'll probably want a model that has macro capability. It's what allows you to get really close to your subject. You'll also probably want a 3 mega pixels or more. 2.0 mega pixels is fine for posting on the internet, but if you want to enlarge the picture to something like 8 x 10 inches you'll want 3.0 or more.

Here is a camera that is available at Wal Mart that is decent, for nearly the same price. I've used it while in training and it did a pretty good job.

It all comes down to what you want to spend. Ideally I'd like manual controls as well as automatic ones, especially manual white balance, but you have to pay more for things like that.

iam geting a fuji camera
Fujifilm FinePix A205 Zoom digital camera
it has the marco seting.
its a 2.0 but the cam is free.
because my dad just ordered a new dell pc and he gets the fuji cam.
he all ready has a 5.0 MP NIKON.
WHICH I CANT USE LOL
