I'm not a regular poster, so I'm always needing to rediscover the process.

My question how do I post to a specific forum? All the questions I post go to the general forum not a specific one.

Thanks
Russ

I don't know about any special tricks ..
I simply open the forum by clicking on the links in the long list of forums:
https://archive.kitmaker.net/modules.php?op=modload&name=SquawkBox&file=index
for instance Armor/AFV in the Armorama section which brings me to this page:
https://archive.kitmaker.net/modules.php?op=modload&name=SquawkBox&file=index&req=viewforum&forum_id=5&page=1
and then I click on the button 'New Topic' in the upper left section.

The new post will then end up in the Armor/AFV forum.
The same procedure applies to the other forums.

Edit: I read your post about the Jaguar wire/spoked wheels.
Let me know if you would want it moved to Cars instead.

If I were to do it I might try cutting out the area of the fake spokes and re-spoking it with metal wire. Probably a crazy idea doomed to fail ....

Is it the 1/25-scale kit?

Thanks,

Yes please move the wire wheels question over to the cars forum. Any place I can find the instructions for posting photos? I posted some years ago and now I have no room any way to delete old photos?

Thanks
Russ

Wire wheels moved to Cars.

Photos.
If your Kitmaker gallery:
https://photos.kitmaker.net/showgallery.php?cat=500&ppuser=56345
is full then you could use some image hosting service, either a free one or one where you pay for the storage space.
I use imgur which is free.
Once you have the images somewhere on the internet you include them in a post by hitting the img-button in the button-bar at the lower edge of the editing box where you type in your post and then paste the address to the image between the brackets.

I used an image from your Kitmaker gallery
Most image services have a way of copying/creating various type of links that can be added to internet forums.
One way is the right click with the mouse pointer on an image and then select Copy image adress.
Some instructions can be found in this post:
http://railroadmodeling.kitmaker.net/forums/256943&page=1
I there there is another instruction set somewhere but I couldn't find it right now.
