Going to be starting a railway dio soon and I'd like some info regarding whether German railway flak crews in late '44 or early '45 would have primarily Lufwaffe or Heer units. Best I can tell from my research is that they could have been a mix of units, depending on unit availability, the train's cargo, destination, etc.

I would appreciate any definitive references.
