I am thinking of (scratch-) building a AAVP7 in 1/16 scale. Using the Tamiya 1/35 AAVP, a lot of pictures and a book with scale drawings as a reference I have made some basic drawings for the basic parts and structures. The parts and structures shouldn't be very big problem [a lot af work though]
However I haven't figured out yet how to make the neccesary wheels without a lath or other specialised tools. Can anyone help me on how to make the wheels. I only need to make one wheels since I can duplicate it in resin using it as a master .

you cpuld use a drill press as a lathe....a drill even.....
