My wife and I just got back from vacation in Japan, and while I was there I took time to visit some of my old modeling haunts. I managed to get my hands on these in one of my favorite shops for second-hand kits for what I figure was a bit more than half of what I would have paid online (plus shipping):



I knew they were big kits, but when I got back to the hotel I found out that even if I mailed all my clothes home, two of these still weren't going to fit in my suitcase! So I wrapped them up in bubble wrap (provided at no charge by the hotel--I LOVE Japan!) and checked the whole thing as baggage. All arrived safe and sound! Woot woot!

Can't wait to start! But which one....
