i've got a defective piece of photoetch, but their contact page doesnt send any messages through

you tried instead using their contact page to contact them directly with their email ....

I was missing a photo film from one of their kits and they sent out a new one straight away!

Managed to get through and had a similar reply, pass them my address and they'll send a new one through. Brilliant customer service
