Hi all!
Been a while since my last post (over a year) and even more since I posted any work. Been distracted by RL, Bolt Action Wargaming and - not least to some content posted here in the past - World of Tanks.
So now I intend to come back and also join in the fun with some campaigns.
Not that I haven't been modeling during that time. Here's what I've been up to:
Built up a Bolt Action Wargaming Army:
Including a section of Kelly's Heroes Miniature (those close ups aren't really flattering though...):
A reinforced Armored Infantry Platoon in 1/72 for wargaming:
1/200 Battle of Britain Spits and 109s for Blood Red Skies Game:
Some 1/72 warbirds (Airfix and the Corsair from Academy):
And the 1/48 Tamiya Wildcat, probably the prime contender for being longest in my stash:
USS Astoria (Trumpy) with GMM PE:
1/48 Pz III J from Tamiya with (I think) Voyager Upgrae set:
Little 1/48 Dio to include the Demag and Jeep built in the past:
And currently on the workbench:
Tasca Jumbo in detail painting phase:
Verlinden 1/16 Navy Pilot (more to hone my painting skills before I tackle an ALpine one):
Finnish Brewster Buffalo (testing hairspray method for the first time) ready for the next paint session:
See you around and cheers!
Stefan

Cheers to you, gentlemen! It's good to be back.
Just noticed that the pic for the Jumbo is wrong:
In the meantime I've put on deals and a wash. As for the Buffalo, it's now deep in the painting stage. Hope that hairspray method will work...
Cheers!

Yup, though it looks like more than it is. These wargaming figures are mostly white metal and the vehicles resin, so it's really more of a matter of painting.
