After being in Armorama the last few months and having "social touch" with many of you , i ve started reconsidering this theory. Partially i started crackin boxes of a new project while the other was drying, and ....yesterday evening i counted on the bench in parallel product line the following projects :
1. Churchill Crocodile - for Brit Commonwealth Group Build - painted waiting weathering
2. M1A1HA - for the Abrams Campaign - painted waiting weathering - detailing
3. M115 *inch Howitzer - for the Incoming Campaign -cracked , expected and waiting Sunday to start building
4. Roman Catapult - scratchbuild - for the incoming campaign - plans rescaling, gathering materials preparing for building
5. DUKW - for the Overlord Campaign - building
6. Verlinden 120mm US Tanker - for my self!!!! - primed waiting painting
so 6 different projects that almost everyday one of them gets its share of touch and they are altogether improving well. i could not imagine it some years before. Also if you take a notice 5 out of 6 items have to do with Armorama Campaigns. Its a clear proof to me that sharing the hobby and having things in common , gives you a production motive. And of course i wont do a compromise in quality in order to finish them allquickly. On the contrary . From the time i am a member here, most of my skills have improved, and i also am using stuff and techniques that i was not using before.
So i want to thank Armorama staff and all the guys - members here for inspiring me to deal so deep in the hobby again after a big laze period, and also that i am very glad to be a member in this community. i dont know if this self confession is a lil
for the forum but last night touching at almost same time 3 projects and giving solutions, i felt the need to do it so i did.And closing this a lil question could be putted here.
How many projects you build at the same time but with a finishing view ?(i mean not to start something and leave it half done for a decade!!)
Thanks buddies
Costas
