About the only movie I know on the subject is "Waterloo" which was made in the late 60's or early 70's and starred Christopher Plummer as Wellington and Rod Steiger as Napoleon. It does play a bit fast and loose with some facts, but the film looks very good overall and covers most aspects of the battle pretty well. The main shortcoming is the lack of attention paid to the fighting done by the Prussians on their approach to the field against Napoleons Middle Guard.
It doesn't do anything substantial with the first two days, but the sweeping scenes of the main battle make up for this.

That's a pretty good review from WarMachine. Waterloo is one of the movies I'd really love to see remade using modern CGI. There have been several mini series done about Napoleon. All have a concluding battle of Waterloo but none that well done. Borodino has been done pretty well in two War and Peace movies.
