They are great. Got me one a few days ago' the wife saw it now she has one. Of course we have different uses. Another cheap tool I use all the time: Wal mart make up department has for 9.95 a roto tool with some really fine sanding bits.
It doesn't take much to be better than nothing.

I used to use my dremel for my nails. Worked well to. This looks like it might be a bit handier than my dremel because the dremel's a rotary tool and this isn't.

Check your local dollar store, saw them at one nearby me for about $8.00.
Added: Wally World has them for $20.

Which dollar store? There are three different ones around here with Dollar General being the most common.

Check them all, there's only one up here, a Dollar Tree, but with three to choose from you might get lucky.

Got to get me one of those! I took a battery powered toothbrush with the round head and made a small orbital sander. I put a 1/2 inch velcro dot on the head and use a 1/2 circle punch to punch out the sanding disk for it.

Missed your chance Kelly, You could have bought them all, not mentioned what you paid, offered to be a nice guy and pick up a few for the guys and sell them for $5 plus postage... and still have a bunch of 'Happy Campers!"
(that was joke in case anyone missed it)

You'd be amazed. If I can get one of the girls to take a video I'll try and post what it does to resin. Kinda hard to sand and make video at the same time. And I'll use one of the most expensive resin kits I have.
Also does road wheels extremely well, assuming they spin with no problem. Hold lightly against spinning old belt and let them spin. takes those seams off like a dream. I actually learned that one working metal bungs.
