I ran across a video on YouTube that shows a train carrying 22 M1's that are all painted CARC tan and NATO black, the black is where it should be on the NATO scheme. I've never seen M1's painted like this before. Does anybody have any ideas or insight about this? I think they may just be partially painted, or being re-painted, or maybe export models? It certainly is different from the standard scheme's. If your interested, the train starts at the 21:00 minute mark. It's taken at night and the picture is OK but not great. Thanks, Robin, You are right they are green. In the video I mentioned it was hard to tell because of the lighting.
