I used to build cars mostly box hot rods 20 years ago. Been building 1/35 armor for last 10 years and looking for something new. Decided to build cars again mostly hot rods 1/25 or1/24 and wanted to know if there were any good selections other than revell, mps, and amt. Also I have found a few sites for things like new interiors and engines and such. Could yall give me some ideas and or websites. Thanks in advance.

PS bought the revells ED ROTH 56 ford as my first

Hi, Bulldawg380, This is a forum within the Kitmaker Network that might be in your interest:
http://automodeler.kitmaker.net/modules.php?op=modload&name=SquawkBox&file=index

The same old mfg brands are the same ones today for out of box builds. Assuming you are referring to American muscle and rods. They make new kits and re- pop old ones.

Trumpeter and Meng make a few American civilian vehicles for building stock or conversions.

Moebius make some of those crazy toon rods as well.

Not sure if you have seen it, but Revell make a '29 Ford roadster on '32 Ford frame rails. Really cool kit of a classic hot rod combo.

Model Cars Magazine have a great website/message board.
