The img in square brackets are easily created by hitting the img-button below, you can also type them (Alt-GR + 8 or 9)
Hitting img produces this
copy the http stuff from flickr and paste it between the brackets. Make sure that there are no extra spaces between the brackets. I think it is better to leave one space before the first bracket.

It seems that flickr isn't really willing to give you a link to that photo
After som fiddling around I found/reconstructed this link:
https://c1.staticflickr.com/5/4384/36749349910_d1a0262ecb_b.jpg
Maybe it is easier for the owner of the album to get
the proper link

On the album page at flickr there are some symbols in the lower left corner of the black area around the photo.
One of these symbols is curved arrow going up in a righthand curve.
Click the symbol.
Window turns "white" with a little dialog box named "Share 1 photo to:"
with the options Share, Embed, BBCode.
Click Embed.
A rectangle with text turns up, it starts with a < and has data flickr and embed following. If I copy it here it disappears.
Copy the whole lot into the Post editing window at Armorama.
In the middle there is a string that starts with htt and ends with .jpg. Click the img-button below and copy this part:
https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4379/36749349960_05c2e7b479_z.jpg
into the space between the img brackets.
Should look like this when you are done:
You can also leave the whole lot in place and the image will show up in that position instead.
