I am new and just wanted to say hi. I am getting back into scale modeling after many years of just living life, raising kids, etc...
It is great to be doing something that I used to enjoy so much as a kid.

Welcome back, David. As Robin stated, much has changed, even within the last five years. Fear not. Find a kit you like a ease into it and don't feel intimidated by the many exceptional modelers on Armorama and other sites like this. Enjoy your return and feel free to ask questions about various modeling topics here; people are very glad to try and answer them.

Cheers and welcome aboard!
