I was wondering if anyone has dealt with Meng customer service.I emailed them yesterday about purchasing a replacement sprue.Has anybody done this,I was wondering how long the process might take.

I have dealt, with Meng when they released the D9R. They replaced warped parts quickly and with no issue.

Chinese new year celebrations might interfere with business. Most non vital business tends to shut down in China during this period ...

They did return my message the next day,they told me they were shipping sprue this past friday,so far so good.

I tried to get replacement end connectors for tracks on BMR .The small holes were blocked and being a soft vynel impossible to drill out.Dropped them an email and they would not send them without pictures of the parts.Told them I did not have a way to send pictures so no parts
