As a long time fan of Brumbar I looked forward to the new conversion set from MR Modellbau for the new late Tamiya Brumbar.
I contacted them to see if it would be available at the Scale Model Challenge in Eindhoven and it turned out one of his retailer had it so I purchased a set at the show.

A few weeks ago I was looking closer into the set and noticed that there where only 4ea of the hubcaps instead of the 8ea that was supplied.
I also saw the the casting of the return roller brackets was misalinged this creating a romboid shape?
And I also wanted to see if they could refer me to the source for the wooden box on the right hand side as I have found no reference to it. So I might get the correct camoflage and marking for it.
I sent my first email to them 30th of November. Providing pictures and refering precisely to which parts needed to be replaced.
I then sent a reminder on 10th of December with the same message.
I still hasnt heard anything from MR Modellbau. I only wish the can stand for their product and have some degree of customer service?
Probably wont buy from them again.
