I want to include a portion of a downed aircraft in a 1/35 scale diorama. Are there any of the 1/32 scale aircraft manufacturers whose kits are closer to 1/35 scale than other manufacturers? For instance are 1/32 Revell kits closer to 1/35 than Tamiya or Hasegawa or whoever? Specifically a P51, P38, BF109. Thanks.

I don't know of any whose scales are closer to 1/35, but mixing the scales is not an issue. The two are close enough that they go together well. I have often mixed 1/32 helicopters, civilian cars, and aircraft with 1/35 figures and armor. The key is to keep constant-sized items (canteens, weapons, ammo pouches, etc.) in the same scale. Also keep live items in the same scale; i.e. don't mix a 1/32 Sherman w/a 1/35 jeep.
