I just purchased the new Dragon IDF MAGACH 3 (kit #3578) and there's a part that is missing. It looks as though it was snipped from the spruce tree. The question is this, how do I go about getting this part sent to me? I have no idea how to go about doing this. I've had over the years a part or two missing from Tamiya kits and I've just called Tamiya USA and in a few days the part was in my mail box. With this being a Dragon kit I have no idea who to contact. Certainly any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Which part is missing? Is it really needed according to the instructions?

Yes, it's part of the left front fender assembly.

I have had only good experiences, when dealing with Dragoncare. I usually received the replacement part, within two weeks.

I received an email asking to proof of purchase and details of my case and mailing address to forward @dragon-models.com. We'll see what happens now and I'll post how this all plays out.
