Which books are good for WW2 German AFV's?
Are there any good ones in color?
Thanks.

Could you be more specific on what are you looking for? History, technical information, drawings, photo collections, profiles, a general reference, how-to modelling...?

I will let others give their opinion, on these publications:

They are not all referencing WWII German Armor, but most do. Also, if you can be a little more specific, I have a large digital library I can dig through for photo references. I will refrain from sending you digital publications as that may fall under copyright infringement.

About building, Tony Greenland's Panzer Modelling Masterclass is a good volume, although a bit outdated.
There are also a few Osprey books dealing with specific German tanks (Modelling the Tiger I, Modelling the Jagdpanzer 38(t) 'Hetzer', etc)
And nothing else I can remember specifically for German Tanks.
For generic model building, Adam Wilder first volume of Adam's Armour is a good one. Also the Ammo Encyclopedia volume 1.
As for painting, there are a couple of Tank Art volumes devoted to German WWII armour. And again the above Adam's Armour Volume 2 and Ammo encyclopedia, plus AK-Interative FAQ 2 deal with painting but not only about German subjects.
Hope this helps!

7024 Concord Armor At War- Wehrmacht Support Vehicles
7039 Concord Armor At War - Gerrman Armoured Units at Arnhem, September 1944
7057 Concord Armor At War - Panzer in the Gunsights 2
7070 Concord Armor At War - Panzer Divisions in Battle 1939-1945
None deal, with any specific vehicle. I will try to go through the rest of my library, tomorrow. Most of it is in Russian, but I will see what I can come up with.

Osprey Intermediate Military Vehicle Modelling is the only one I have. If you are just starting off, you should look for the beginner's guide. However, it is in "like new" condition and retails for $17.95. If you want it, I will sell it to you for $12, shipping included.

I have scanned through the rest of my library. I don't have anything that goes into enough detail that it would benefit an overview of either vehicle.
