Dear all,

As most of us do I have an unfinnished model, getting old on the bench since years.
In my case it is an Italeri Chevrolet gun tractor, updated with Eduard etch parts.
But....
IN spring 2017 the related etch set for the 25 pdr field gun from Tamiya turned up in my stash, so I started enthusiastically with the completion of this combination.
However, in my summer holidays the sun bleached the tractor, which was sprayed with Tamiya XF57 buff to a kind of pink!
Since quite some deatils have been added overspraying is a challenge.
It came to my mind that what happens to models happens to the real thing as well.
Now the question is: will it be wrong to leave it as it is (naturally weathered :-) ?
Or do I have to repaint it?

Thanks in advance

First, you do not "have to" do anything. You are the only customer, so please yourself!
I think you are right that model world paint fades and weathers exactly as real world paint does, and maybe you have employed the most authentic possible method!
