Hi All

I have started on the 1/12 Airfix Bentley but am looking for some advice on how to strip the chrome from the parts. It is appearing pretty tough to remove.

Any help would be appreciated.

I used oven cleaner in my car days.

Here's two links on various methods. I'd practice on a piece of the sprue the parts are mounted on first tho.
