posted another one of my figures. actually this is for some british dude. he lets me do it for him. its a 90mm Soldiers make of a Viking. the pic is not that good since i took this at a time when i wasn' finished feathering it. by the time i did finish it i left my digicam at the office so bummer. the face is quite good though. the cold weather here makes the oil dry a bit longer. so yu tend to loose the juice you build -up when you wait for it to dry.
I read that pros use purely oil paints in their figures. I say go with the medium that siuts you best. My figures re done using oil, enamel and acrylics. Whatever suits the job. The chainmail or plate armors are always done in enamels anyways. so are the blades.
