The front grill is a sticker and I have been trying to hand drill all those holes but am having trouble with spacing and keeping a straight line.
Does anyone have a source for perforated metal I could insert to make the grill??

I'm building, or should I say re-building this kit.

K&S brass has some round hole perforated sheets. Several PE companies offer perforated sheets as well. search Ebay for "Etch Mesh"
