Sure they were there. There are photos in various books (Sqn-Signal and Concord come to mind) and also some I have seen of one fitted out with fuel tanks for an M67 flamethrower. I have a recollection that the sequence of vehicles driving past a fire support base from which examples appear in several books includes one as well.
Not sure how many were in RVN but they were certainly present there.

Well having no idea, I searched for 'M102 105mm howitzer' and found links (very quickly actually) which claimed that it did. I can't vouch for the veracity of those claims as I don't personally recall seeing photos but that proves nothing per se.
However. I have no idea whether the two were found in the same units or whether the M548 was ever a tractor for the M102 in RVN. You'd need to do your own digging for that, I'm afraid.

Fire support base Hampton S. Vietnam:

First picture showing 548's and 109's.

If they were using them for the 109's than it would be safe to assume they were using them with 110's

The M102 was specific to airborne units so search for "Airborne Artillery Vietnam" and you'll see pictures of M102 in action in Vietnam.

Thanks all again, seems one might be on order then. This thing will get bigger and bigger. LOL
I guess the 105's were really further back, as not to fast to move if needed from counter battery fire,as say the M-110 which could move itself.I have gotten a bunch of pics from the web, sure wish digital cameras back then.
One more item what about the M332 ammo trailer?
Is the one from Germany the only one?

Verlinden and ADV Azimut also make M332 trailers. I've only built the Verlinden version so I can't comment on which is the best of the three.

I doubt the 105's were futher back than m110's. They were air mobile so you could get them into places tracked arty couldn't go. Plus there were 105mm guns at Khe Sanh along with tracked guns so they were used together. Don't know if they were m102s but they were 105's. Plus they're shorter range so it doesn't make sense to put them behind the longer range guns.

I guess was thinking easier if a tad further back so can go opposite way as the heavier guns move to the front, but heck never in Artillery.
