Anyone had any issues with these guys?
Placed an order with them for a kit at the beginning of the month, paid via Paypal with 2 - 3 day shipping option. Took them over a week before the item was dispatched and I received a confirmation e-mail. Some two weeks later and still waiting.
They did send me a tracking number but didn't tell me what shipping company they used. Tried the number with both HK and NZ Post but it isn't recognised. I've also e-mauled them twice but haven't had a response to either e-mail.
I've ordered many times from HK model shops (Lucky Model, Hobby Easy etc) without any issues and stuff often arrives in a few days. Just bloody annoying that they won't get back to me to answer a simple question as to who is shipping it so I can track the item

I have ordered from them, with no problem. I think it took two weeks for my order to arrive.

Never no problem,I usually use the cheap slow boat option,it's slow but I always got my order in good condition.

I've ordered quite a few times from Sincere and although they sometimes have been a little slow dispatching (compared to say BNA who I think is the gold standard in the Southern hemisphere in terms of speed of dispatch, accurate stock levels and service etc), never had to chase them up or had big delays.

And unfortunately never paid attention to which carrier they use or bothered trying to check the tracking.

So appreciate that may not be anything helpful to you other than to say I've never had any issues (unlike say Luckymodel who have driven me nuts on a few occasions!). Good luck with your order!

I'm at a real loss as to why they won't respond via email or facebook where I'm simply asking for the shipping service details.
May have to lodge a claim with paypal....

I've made 3 -4 orders with them over the past 2 years. There's been no problems.

I have had an issue with Sincere Hobby. April 1 I ordered two kits and they sent me an email detailing the order number. Since then I have emailed them twice asking them if the order had been sent, and if so when. To date I haven't had any reply. I have recently received some orders which were sent by surface mail, from Hobbyeasy and Luckymodel, which have only taken 3 weeks to get from HK to my place (Western Australia). Not impressed with Sincere Hobby.

I have 6 months waiting for my stuff no answer what so ever I belive they are a scam. Tried to contact them all the ways phone not answer no emails total crap.
