I noticed the columns, under forums don't line up in perfect rows. The difference is no greater than 1mm. I thought this, then checked by highlighting it. Then, I broke out my straight edge. All confirmed that they do not line up.

I have a secret plan. I'm going to make picture frames that do not have perfect 90 degree corners. Then I'm going to hang them against a wallpaper with a regular pattern. Then I'll invite those of my friends who can't stand picture frames not hanging straight and watch them trying to sort out the non-rectangular frames against the regular wallpaper.
Listen when their brains start to sizzle ......

That's just evil. I spent 15 minutes trying to straighten a painting, at the doctor's office.

Would this qualify for OCD?
When you keep a computer register for all your empty sprues and keep the empties in zip-loc bags in a storage facility.

Ever stretch your own canvas for painting or do any custom framing? I do it all the time. Don't try to line up the corners, just use a level to make certain it's parallel to the floor. Assuming the floor is level, which they are not in my house.

Only if you have photos of the sprues and keep a hard copy, in triplicate.
