Hello!

I already ordered from hexamodel.com in the past. They have/had great Ma.K. stuff. Since their "latest" update on 17/5/2016 I have tried to order again and sent them several emails without response.

Does anyone know what or if anything happened to them?

Reading their update, they are only accepting pre-orders for a limited amount of time on each item.

This seems to be a weird sales method. Ever since the last update the articles you could order haven't changed. I can't go to their site on a daily basis just to see when the articles I'm interested in could be ordered. I also wrote them emails but didn't get any answer.
The quality of their offerings is absolutely amazing. Not so for their customer service. Nevertheless, I hope I'll see them "return" soon.
