Try TAP plastic. Just got some RTV mold compond from them this weekend. Make sure you get the RTV as they also carry a urethene mold compond as well. The 1 pound kit I got was around $19 USD.

What's the difference between the RTV and Urethane mould?
RTV (Room Tempertaure Volcanizer) is silicone based rubber compound, that's the stuff you make molds out of. You pour Urethane in the silicone mold.
Urethane comes in 2 types, rigid and rubber. Urethane rigid is resin, that's the stuff you pour into your mold, Urethane rubber is soft resin, you can make molds of it but it will not last if you pour urethane based resin in it, the part will stick to the mold and will tear it because both the mold and the resin are urethane based. Urethane will stick to each other that's why the main ingredients in industrial adhesives is urethane.
If you're planning to make molds, use silicone based RTV not Urethane, it lasts longer because they are designed that nothing will stick to it, just make sure you use mold release agent every time you cast in it.
I use urethane rubber to make soft tires, I pour it in silicone molds.
Here are some companies that manufacture RTV and Urethane.
Silicone Inc.
Smooth-on
Vagabond
PMC
Vantico
