The Kongo is produced by or with the help of Flyhawk for the Japanese market. The Chinese are rather sensitive about Japanese WW2 subjects so it is produced in Japan.

Too funny! ... I was just shopping for the MiniArt (35571) 'Wine Bottles and Wooden Crates' — not to be confused with (35575) 'Champagne & Cognac Bottles w/crates' or especially not (35573) 'Milk Bottles and Wooden Crates' 😝 ... BURP! Lol!
