Anneal. Wrap around drill bit that is the same size as the bottom of the bucket. Tack weld seam. Weld bottom, onto bucket. File. Weld seam. File.

Thanks Matt.
The problem was as the Bucket is tapered it was hard to get the Bucket rounded at the top and at the bottom.
After an hour or so I ended up with these.
Should look alright once painted and weathered.
