I am moving back to the east coast and have some things I would like to sell Paints/tools etc
I was just starting out in the hobby so these things have had very little or no use but I am just looking to sell for a nominal fee.
I am not interested in shipping anything so you would have to look at what I have and am sure we could come to an arrangement.
I would like however get a reasonable price for a brand new Iwata HP-C plus.
Also I have some nice quality diecast aircraft models and two Ikea Deltof display cabinets for a very reasoable price.

Have you tried to sell your stuff to Skyway Models in Renton? You won't get full value, but they would probably give you something.
