The National Capital Model Soldier Society and the Washington Armor Club are sponsoring a model show on September 6-7 in Tysons Corner, VA (just outside of Washington D.C.). For more information see http://www.cs.net/panzer/shows/wac2001show/wac2002.htm. I hope to see some of you there.

Adam,
Is this primarily an armor show or will this also include figure categories?

This show is a joint show.
The Washington Armor Club runs a good contest and the show attracts figure and Armor modeling vendors.
I went to the last two shows and can say that it's a fun show.
The models are of very, very high quality.
I'll be there again this year... even hope to have a few kits in the show.
Later,
Tim

I second what tankshack said. It is both since it is joint sponsored. I belong to the Washington Armor Club and I know that the majority of the club members are working on models to display at the show and I know that they are getting vendors who deal in armor as well as figures. The awards this year are going to be really cool if everything works out, but I don't want to spoil the surprise.
