I usually assemble some of my work in the office when I'm on my 1.5hr break. Sometimes I hide in the artist workshop and do it there for the rest of the day. Then it hit me. Why don't I do a local subject like a Katipunero or more ambitiously Moro/Igorot and other native Filipino's. It is easy to modify exisiting 1/35 figures and paint then in Phil Camo. a katipunero would be easy. He only wears white kamiseta and red pantalons. But I feel more ambitious. I've actually assembled a wire frame of a body from the sketches I did of a katipunero holding a flag up on a running stance. I approximated the scale from a 1/16 tamiya figure. the problem is coming -up with an asiatic face/head. Actually, maybe this will remain a wire frame figure!
