A week or two ago I became a Kitmaker subscriber by paying the first monthly installment by PayPal. I understand that I was supposed to get an increase in the size of the picture storage feature, a good thing as my picture gauge was bumping on empty and I'm enlisted in a number of campaigns with deadlines approaching.

So far, I have seen no increase in the storage nor the subscriber icon on my header appeared. Did I miss something? Do I need to do more something else?

Hi Paul,
I looked up the first payment on the 4th and it looks like it didn't get processed correctly by PayPal as it kicked back an error message. This is nothing you did wrong just a glitch I think. I will have to add the proper info into the database directly by hand in order to create a subscription that will stick, etc.

I should be able to get on that in the morning for you once I get back to the office.

Sorry for the trouble.

Jim

Thanks Jim, I'm glad it turned out to be something simple. I'll check status in the morning.

Should be all sorted now. Just let me know if there are any other issues.

Thanks!

Thanks Jim, that seems to have done the trick. The icon is there as is the extra picture space. See you on the forums!
