I am looking for these parts in 1/35:

early US infantryman, hopefully without too much gear on him.
French WWI helmet
French WWI leather ammo containers and belting they are on
French WWI canteen and tin cup
French rifle with bayonet

I am looking to make up a member of the 369th US (Negro) infantry. They wore the US uniform, but had French leather gear and ammo boxes, as well as the French helmet and French rifles. They were "loaned" to the French as the British and US soldiers did not want to fight with them. The French loved them.

Am hoping somebody has these items in spares, or maybe 1 or 2 of them.

You need two ICM sets. 1917 US infantry and French World War I equipment.

Scale Link made the parts in 54mm but I doubt they're available anymore. Their website only shows their British figures now.

Steve, this may be the last modeling job I do. I would prefer to not have all sorts of extra parts that I would have from buying these two kits, as well as their cost. That is why I posted like this, hoping to get people's leftovers that are just sitting in their drawers.

If I had the parts they'd be yours. Hopefully someone will come through.

Well Steve, I am getting the two ICM kits you mentioned. I will make a teeny dio with two figures from the 369th on it. I already have a set of Hornet Afro-American heads ready to use. The two soldiers will have a basic US uniform and the French stuff overlaid on that.
