Hi folks,
I recently purchased a kit off of bay that the seller was not really knowledgeable of. The kit box stated Maquette submarine L-4, MC-4005. The contents were the Mirage kit #40023 of the type IIA U-boat U-2. Both were in 1/400 scale and the part are sealed in a bag so its easy to have made the mistake. I didn't have an issue with the mistake as I also like German subs but the one problem I had was that the decals for the U-boat were missing.

I emailed Mirage Hobby to see if they could provide another set of decals. I received them today, 8 days from my request. No charge, and that was with international shipping from Poland. In my book that sets a high bar for excellent customer service.
